Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Techno Functional Analyst with strong hands on experience in Model N Revenue Manager and Oracle Database to support and enhance critical Revenue Management processes, including Chargebacks, Rebates, Managed Care, Government Pricing, and integrations with upstream and downstream systems.
This role requires deep technical and functional expertise, advanced SQL/PLSQL skills, and a proven ability to analyze and resolve complex data, batch processing, and integration issues within a regulated enterprise environment. The role also includes ownership of AMS coordination and close collaboration with business and delivery teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Partner with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non‑functional requirements.
- Translate business requirements into solution designs, functional specifications, and implementation plans.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, regulatory requirements, and platform best practices.
- Coordinate closely with onsite leads, offshore AMS teams, and external vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and service continuity.
- Provide functional and delivery oversight of the AMS L2/L3 support teams for the Model N application landscape.
- Analyze and resolve batch job failures, performance bottlenecks, and Oracle Scheduler–based processing issues.
- Perform advanced Oracle SQL and PL/SQL analysis for:
- Data validation and reconciliation
- Defect investigation and resolution
- Ad‑hoc and audit support analysis
- Troubleshoot and support system integrations and interfaces, including:
- PL/SQL‑based inbound and outbound feeds
- High‑volume transactional / EDI‑style data loads and extracts
- Support data fixes, backend loads, and controlled updates across lower and production environments, following established change and governance processes.
- Assist with SIT, UAT, and regression testing, including test scenario creation, execution, and defect triage.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies in reports, extracts, and downstream feeds in collaboration with business, integration, and reporting teams.
- Support platform upgrades and regulatory releases by assessing impact, validating customizations, and ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with functional, business, and vendor teams to produce Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation and define preventive actions.
What you’ll bring to the role:

- 10+ years of experience as a Technical / Techno‑Functional Analyst or Application Support Analyst in enterprise systems.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Model N Revenue Manager, including:
- Chargebacks
- Rebates
- Managed Care
- Government Pricing
- Validata
- MDM
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL, including complex joins, performance tuning, and large‑volume data analysis.
- Experience supporting Oracle Scheduler jobs, batch frameworks, and high‑volume data processing.
- Solid understanding of pharmaceutical Revenue Management and gross‑to‑net processes.
- Hands‑on experience with system integrations and data interfaces.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a production‑support, ticket‑driven environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with Model N SaaS / AWS‑based deployments.
- Exposure to EDI transactions and pharmaceutical gross‑to‑net data flows.
- Familiarity with IT governance, change management, and validation methodologies (SIT/UAT).
- Experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors.
