Job Purpose
The Senior Analyst, Revenue Management is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable reporting and data solutions. This role leverages automation and AI-Enabled tools to reduce manual effort, accelerate insights, and enable data-driven revenue decisions across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and datasets leveraging AI tools to accelerate data analysis, insight generation and reporting efficiency
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using AWS glue to ingest, transform, and curate data from multiple source systems into analytics-ready datasets.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate key information needs into scalable analytics solutions and data products.
- Own data quality by implementing validation, monitoring, and governance processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Enable self-service analytics by designing intuitive dashboards, datasets, and documentation that empower business users to explore data independently.
- Continuously improve existing reporting by reducing redundancy and manual effort.
- Partner with data services and enterprise analytics teams to ensure data pipelines meet analytical and business requirements.
- Document data sources, transformations, and business logic to support transparency and scalability
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations and written narratives
Preferred Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in reporting and data analysis roles.
- Strong proficiency with SQL and relational data models; experience querying cloud data warehouses such as Amazon Redshift preferred.
- Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines and ETL processes within AWS environments.
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, or pipeline development
- Experience working with APIs to extract, integrate, or validate data from internal or external systems
- Experience designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and self-service analytics using BI tools, with Amazon QuickSight preferred.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and relational data concepts, including joins, aggregations, and performance considerations.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing, ETL concepts, and analytics-ready data modeling best practices.
- Working knowledge of AWS data services, including data ingesting, transformation processes.
- Proficiency in Python data language for data analysis, automation, and process improvements.
- Experience working with APIs, including data extraction, validation, and integration workflows.
- Strong familiarity with BI and data visualization best practices, including dashboard design, usability, and performance optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy through validation, monitoring, and governance controls.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical results and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Location
- This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance. The office address is 20400 N 29th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.
