Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Analyst, Reporting and Analysis you will work in the Data Science, Insights & Analytics team in Platform Operations to find patterns in data, using tools like SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, and others.

We are looking for someone who is highly analytical and enjoys constant learning, finding new ways to use our data.

You will work with your team and stakeholders to answer key business questions and identify strategic opportunities.

You will analyze identified opportunities to understand their scope and impact and find the right balance between analysis depth and business impact.

You will drive the usage of data and analytics within the organization, enabling your team and direct stakeholders to independently leverage data for business insights via self-serving and dashboarding tools.
Role Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field or at least 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or Product Analyst.

Experience connecting different types of data, cleaning it and making it useful.

Good track record of using data analysis to identify business problems and deliver insights.

Prior knowledge of SQL is required.

Knowledge of Python, R, Power BI or Tableau would be an advantage.

Good communication skills and the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience would also be an advantage.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,325 – 3,525 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies.
