As a Senior Analyst Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our relationships with industry analysts and influencers. This individual will be key to building our brand’s visibility in the market, ensuring that analysts are accurately informed about our product offerings through regular briefings with the Bazaarvoice leadership team, and driving impactful analyst reports that reflect our competitive advantages.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Analyst Relations (AR) strategy that aligns with our overall business goals, product positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing, product, and executive teams to develop key narratives enhancing our position in analyst research and reports.
- Plan and coordinate analyst briefings, inquiries, and meetings, ensuring the company is well-positioned and represented in all interactions.
- Help prepare executives and subject matter experts for analyst engagements, including briefing materials, presentation decks, key talking points and briefing outcomes.
- Gather insights from analysts, research reports, and market trends regularly to inform the company's product, sales, and marketing strategies.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry shifts to identify areas of opportunity or differentiation in analyst reports.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the AR program, including report coverage, mention frequency, and sentiment analysis.
- Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders on the impact of analyst relations and the outcomes of key engagements.
- Collaborate with analysts to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about our products, services, and strategic direction.
- Proactively engage analysts to influence research reports, quadrants, and market forecasts that impact the company’s reputation and positioning.
- Create and manage content tailored for analyst engagements, including executive briefings, bylines, reports, and presentations.Ensure that all materials are strategically aligned with the company’s brand and messaging.
- Work closely with the Product Marketing and Leadership teams to gather insights and updates on product and competitive intelligence for analyst consumption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and analyst firms, maintaining and strengthening these critical relationships.
- Stay current on industry trends, market research, and thought leadership in areas that impact the business and its products.
- Leverage analyst insights to guide internal product strategy and external go-to-market activities.

Who you are:
- 7-10 years of experience in Analyst Relations, communications, product marketing, or a related field, with a focus on the B2B technology sector.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to engage with both analysts and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple, concurrent AR engagements.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess research, reports, and market trends to guide strategy.
- Familiarity with competitive intelligence gathering, and understanding of market research methodologies.
- Passion for industry research, market trends, and staying ahead of competitors.
- Experience working with top-tier analyst firms such as Gartner, Forrester, and IDC is preferred.
