Where You'll Make a Difference


  • Support the creation, maintenance, and archiving of Food Biosciences regulatory documentation and product registration files.
  • Maintain and organize regulatory data, databases, document repositories, and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate the collection and management of regulatory documentation from cross-functional teams.
  • Track product registrations, renewals, regulatory commitments, and submission deadlines across multiple markets.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal quality and regulatory standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives, digitalization projects, and optimization of regulatory systems and workflows.
  • Develop and maintain templates, procedures, and best practices for document and data management.
  • Work effectively in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Food Science, Chemistry, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Regulatory Operations, Regulatory Information Management, or a related environment.
  • Strong experience with data management, documentation control, and regulatory record maintenance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience managing large volumes of information while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and regulatory information management systems.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain focus in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
