Summary:
In this role, you will work independently to perform analyses and develop solutions through comprehensive research and technical expertise. You will collaborate with multiple data sources and business lines to build new capabilities that enhance client outcomes. You will identify issues, develop actionable recommendations, and present insights to leadership and external stakeholders, contributing to the success of the team and its clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quarterly financial analysis reports for accounts payable and accounts receivable activity.
Collaborate with the finance department to generate supplier invoices.
Oversee supplier accounts to ensure payments are current and accurate.
Ensure quarterly account synchronization at quarter close.
Coordinate the checks and invoice approval process to ensure timely and accurate processing.
Administer rebate distribution using multiple processes.
Maintain expertise in Vizient databases used as sources for the Impact Standardization program.
Provide analytical support to the Impact Standardization team, including writing queries and creating custom reports.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong analytical, database, and spreadsheet modeling skills preferred.
Experience writing SQL queries.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $68,500.00 to $116,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
