Job Summary
The Onshore Quality System Team is looking for a driven and collaborative individual to lead our newly expanded Change Management System, partnering across the organization to define and deploy continuous improvement of our processes to both improve our company outcomes and make us more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Change Management System by chairing the cross-function management of change committee and driving changes as they move from idea initiation, through definition, deployment and verification.
- Conduct Audits of our quality systems to identify opportunities for improvement and assess change adoption.
- Lead Problem-Solving Efforts to address and troubleshoot quality issues as part of lessons learned.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems improvement based on audit findings and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with Onshore Teams to deploy continuous improvements to our processes.
- Coach and support leaders to help them fulfill the role of change management sponsors.
- Travel required, up to once a month.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, or equivalent combination of technical training & experience.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Understanding and passion for quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
- Problem-solving and root cause identification skills.
- Analytic and decision-making abilities.
