Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Project Management will help our business units, and our company, meet corporate objectives and compete more successfully in the marketplace. They will collaborate internally and manage external technology & broker relationships to drive supplemental health operational efficiencies and revenue growth.
Fundamental Components
Develop and maintain internal and external business relationships to support Aetna’s Supplemental Health Division business objectives.
Provide input on business plan to achieve business goals.
Proactively lead assigned project by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones and additional resources needed to successfully complete the work.
Assist with the management of internal and external relationships, processes, and performance drivers.
Negotiate to obtain additional resources (may be cross functional/segment).
Identify issues that may stall project and work with internal or external counterparts to address them.
Track progress and communicate project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.
Build communication plan for implementation to ensure all impacted parties (upstream/downstream) are informed of next steps for completion.
Act as an advocate for change may require influencing others to see the value in project.
Group facilitation/presentation influencing various internal (these may be cross-functional/segment) may also include external parties.
May solicit and evaluate internal and external customer feedback to enhance continuous quality improvement.
May identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services and workflows based on broad view of the organization.
Develop recommendations based on complex data and root cause analysis.
May serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
Responsive, proactive, and accurate in written & verbal communications to internal & external stakeholders.
Organized and see things through to completion.
Responsible as the day to day single point of contact for external partnerships.
Collaborate internally and externally to achieve overall goals and objectives.
Internal resource to help explain our overall partnership value proposition.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in project management.
1+ years of experience working for or interacting with Enrollment Technology companies.
Experience with benefits administration technologies (SaaS, HCM, HRIS, Enrollment only platforms).
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to meet project deadlines.
Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working for or interacting with Brokers and Consultants.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $122,400.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
