At Webster Bank, our financial intermediation activities are organized broadly around three distinct lines of business: the Consumer Bank, the Commercial Bank, and HSA Bank. This position will be aligned with the Commercial Bank, reporting into the Program Management team within the Commercial Administration organization.
As a member of the Commercial Admin, Program Management team, the Senior Analyst role will work closely with business process owners and product owners to evaluate current processes, manage recurring initiatives, and assist in overseeing solution implementations. This role will support business architecture and product management support for project intake across Commercial lines of business and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in facilitating workshops and discovery sessions with product owners to gather insights from stakeholders on their objectives, requirements, and potential challenges
- Help conduct process assessments and analyses to support the documentation of current and future state process maps and other relevant documentation
- Create visuals including data flow diagrams and process maps
- Support the management of product lifecycles by coordinating timelines, identifying risks/issues, and providing project status updates across multiple initiatives
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize project outcomes
- Manage monthly and quarterly reoccurring initiatives, including requirements gathering, prioritization, user acceptance testing, and process ownership
- Provide guidance to project teams by sharing best practices and ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
Education, Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Team player with a positive attitude and contributes to an energetic and motivated team environment with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
- Project Management experience, including process design and improvement.
- Strategic and tactical critical thinking skills: ability to synthesize complex information to communicate effectively with teammates at all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships, display organizational savvy, leverage networks, and value diversity; drive cross-functional collaboration across the enterprise.
- Experience working in an agile environment and toolset.
- Willingness to travel (domestic) – this is a remote position.
The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $100,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
