We're looking for a Senior Analyst, Product Monetization to join Procore's Product Intelligence team. Procore's packaging is central to our strategy and is evolving fast - more tailored, more complex, higher stakes. In this role, you'll build the data foundation for packaging decisions, mine customer conversations, track competitive moves, and bring the portfolio view that product leaders don't have time to hold themselves.
As a Senior Analyst, Product Monetization, you'll partner with Product Analytics, Corporate Strategy, and the Pricing Steering Committee. You'll blend quantitative rigor with qualitative insight to give product leaders the cross-portfolio context they don't currently have. This is a new function. You'll help build it from scratch - apply to join us.
This position reports to the Director, Product Intelligence and will be based in our Austin, TX office.
What you'll doWork hands-on with product leaders to make sure the packaging roadmap has the analytical support it needs. That means being embedded early - helping sequence decisions, preparing the business case before a major packaging change ships, and flagging gaps before they become problems.
Build Procore's first packaging intelligence system. Sales data, usage patterns, competitive moves, customer voice - pulled into a single view that product leaders actually trust enough to act on.
Own the portfolio lens nobody else holds. Procore has 40+ products across four audience segments. When a product leader wants to restructure a tier, you're the one mapping ripple effects across Owners, Builders, Specialty, and Europe before the decision gets made.
Get into Gong calls and customer conversations for the qualitative layer dashboards miss. When Sales says "customers don't understand our packaging," you figure out whether the real issue is clarity, value perception, or something nobody's named yet.
Build and maintain a competitive packaging tracker. How Autodesk and emerging players structure their bundles, what their moves signal, where we're exposed.
Advise product leaders on high-stakes packaging decisions - new products, tier restructuring, credit models - not as a data-fetcher, but as a thought partner with cross-portfolio context and a point of view.
Own a quarterly package health report for the Pricing Steering Committee. You'll invent the format. You define the metrics. The narrative is yours.
4-6 years in strategy consulting, strategic finance, or product strategy. You've built models, constructed recommendations, and presented them to executives who asked hard questions.
Enterprise B2B SaaS experience. You get multi-product portfolios and why packaging decisions are never just about the one product in front of you. Construction tech is a plus, not a requirement.
Quantitative chops - comfortable with data, can build models, knows when numbers lie.
Qualitative instincts - can extract insight from a sales call, not just a spreadsheet.
Can turn a tangled analysis into a story that moves senior stakeholders toward a decision.
Comfortable with ambiguity. This function is new at Procore. No playbook, no predecessor's files. You'll help define the role even as you execute it.
AI-forward - you already use AI for research, synthesis, or analysis. Not a future aspiration; a current working habit.
