JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Analyst, Primal Kitchen is a key member of the brand management and strategy team at Primal Kitchen and plays a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and success. In this role, you will take a lead role in consumption analytics, forecasting, and coordinating brand activities and strategies.
As the Senior Analyst, you will participate in the development of short- and long-term marketing plans for the total brand, with special attention to several focus categories, including oils, collagen/supplements, dips, and pasta sauce. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a scrappy, entrepreneurial environment, and loves uncovering actionable insights from large data sets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Category Leadership:
    • Support the strategic day-to-day management of focus categories, including brand and marketing planning, consumption forecasting, category and competitive insights, and innovation.
  • Strategic Insights & Reporting:
    • Lead ongoing business analytics and reporting for the total Primal Kitchen brand, working alongside the Associate Brand Manager.
    • Leverage multiple data platforms to monitor and analyze consumption of the focus categories to identify root causes and trends, recommend actions, and coordinate plans to drive key metrics like market share, volume, and revenue.
  • Forecasting & Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Leads the total Primal Kitchen forecasting model, including monthly process facilitation, model improvements, and coordination of inputs / outputs across cross-functional teams. Includes close partnership with Operations team, and the Demand Planner in particular.
    • Lead the strategic analysis of monthly demand trends and SKU-level forecast updates with a key focus on categories & SKUs of oversight (Oil, Pasta, Collagen, Dips).
  • Sales Support:
    • Develop impactful sales materials, tools, and category review decks to support key initiatives and retailer partnerships with a focus on strategy and storytelling.

  • Have a passion for problem solving and building reusable solutions with Excel
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across all levels and functions.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$85,400.00 - $106,800.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
