Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate policy‑focused discussions between MISO and stakeholders
• Plan and manage annual meeting schedules across multiple groups
• Support agenda development, material review, and general process guidance
• Advise staff on contentious issues and stakeholder engagement strategies
• Develop and post stakeholder meeting materials and communications
• Use AI tools to automate tasks, analyze data, generate insights, and support decision‑making
• Coordinate with conference services, vendors, and hosts for seamless meeting execution
• Track attendance, issues, and action items; maintain issue‑tracking tools
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes
• Facilitate cross‑departmental communication and issue coordination
• Document risks, gaps, and improvement areas
• Provide excellent customer and stakeholder service
• Complete additional duties as assigned
Technical Skills:
• Ability to develop, communicate, and coordinate project plans
• Strong comprehension of complex business scenarios and data analysis
• Proficiency with AI transcription/summarization tools
• Understanding of committee structures and stakeholder governance
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Customer service and stakeholder relationship management
• Internal liaison leadership and coordination
• Knowledge of parliamentary procedures
What we are looking for…
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Relations, Political Science, Technical Communications, Engineering, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• AI proficiency (transcription, summarization, analytic tools)
• Knowledge of parliamentary procedures preferred
• Experience with stakeholder/membership organizations, Board/Committee structures, meeting administration, and workflow analysis
• Energy industry experience preferred

Appropriate level will be determined upon offer.
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90,000-115,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
