Position Description:

Okta has an opening for a Senior Product Analyst (Cornerstone OnDemand) within our Business Solutions Team. Working closely with the leaders of People Technology, you will be a key member of the project team focused on delivering an exceptional end-user experience. You will also work across departments and geographies, interacting with our partners in People, IT, Legal, Customer Enablement, Partner Enablement, Sales Enablement, and Technical Enablement teams. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Help our team ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new features/functionality
  • Be the primary point of contact for data gathering, testing, and communication with key stakeholders and internal Business Systems teams
  • Perform the following on an engagement: understand business requirements, configure the solution, demonstrate the configurations through the development of testing systems, assist the business in testing the solution
  • Leads feature assessment, requirements gathering, user story creation and acceptance criteria definition
  • Assist with broadening internal knowledge of configuration through hands on training to cross-functional teams
  • Provide a proactive interface between business partner groups and the Business Technology team to ensure effective coordination and delivery of implementations and enhancements
  • Coordinates production support and ensures issues are resolved in a timely manner for our users
  • Communicates effectively within and outside of their immediate team. Regularly updates stakeholders on progress, identifies potential issues early, and shares solutions. Actively participates in meetings and discussions
  • Build reports to support both domestically and internationally
  • Proposes process and technology improvements based on requirements and experience, considering compliance and security in designs
  • Develops inventory of processes use cases and data flows for areas of expertise, ensures they are maintained and accurate of regular agile development lifecycle of iterative improvement
  • Manage integrations with other systems and ensure they are secure and always on
  • Manage upgrades and implement new and revised functionality

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years Cornerstone or learning management system(LMS) experience
  • Strong working knowledge of cornerstone hierarchies and group memberships, static and dynamic learning assignments, instructor led courses, learning object management, user management, marketing emails, custom fields, security roles and permissions
  • Strong working knowledge of Cornerstone Edge loads, feeds and API integrations
  • Ability and desire to learn about and expand your expertise to encompass new areas
  • Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
  • Project management experience supporting the deployment of features and functionality
  • Strong analytical, multitasking and interpersonal skills required
  • Exceptional people skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both a technical audience and business users

Preferred Skills:

  • EdCast and Learning Experience (LXP) application
  • Workday HCM experience
  • Integration development experience
  • Applicant tracking system experience a plus
  • Hands-on experience developing and enhancing custom reports and dashboards in SaaS or enterprise systems
