Join our Capital Markets team! We are looking for someone based in Poland but with flexibility to travel London and other European countries on an ad hoc basis (minimum once buy likely twice per month).Job Description
Your responsibilities:
- Analysing RE and price potential deals across European market (co-ordinating information from in country teams) for purpose of forming pitching or origination of transactions mandates
- Processing and project management of cross boarder origination of new business including formal transaction pitching or brokered deals primarily for investment transactions (and potential supporting debt mandates).
- Process and project execution of buyside or sellside mandates, marketing material production, due diligence, data room management and negotiation support.
- Execution or oversight (co-ordination of in country teams) of RE analysis, returns modelling and business case assessment.
- The above is expected to majority focuss; Logistics with potential to participate in other sectors (likely living and retail).
Our requirements :
- Likely 3- 4 years post graduate experience in Real estate / financial analyst role.
- Fluent English (German a bonus).
- Well organised and analyst with potential to think creatively to find “solutions”.
- Self aware, self disciplined with an amiable personality able and communicate and “get on” with people to get things down in a team environment.
- Able to work efficiently to deadlines .(Being able to demonstrate utilising emerging AI tools to impact speed of delivery very helpful).
