Senior Analyst - Paid Search Marketing
London, UK | Office-Based (Mon–Thurs, Fri-WFH)
Full-Time

 Salary: The salary range for this position is £49,500 - £54,000 per year, however the base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

We are looking for a Senior Analyst – Paid Search Marketing with 3+ years of experience to manage and optimize Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns, specifically Paid Search and Product Listing Ads (PLA). This role is perfect for a data-driven professional with strong analytical and technical skills, capable of executing and optimizing large-scale campaigns to drive growth.

You will work closely with internal teams (Martech, Data Science, Engineering, and Creative) as well as key external platform partners to enhance performance, improve automation, and drive efficiency. The ideal candidate has experience with bidding strategies, keyword expansion, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling while understanding the changing privacy and measurement landscape.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Analyze performance data, identify trends, and implement optimizations to improve ROAS, conversion rates, and LTV.

  • Own and enhance keyword strategies, bidding models, audience segmentation, and product feed management.

  • Work with Data Science and Martech teams to refine machine learning-based bidding strategies, automation, and attribution models.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to drive performance improvements.

  • Partner with Google and Microsoft account teams to ensure best practices, early access to new features, and continued innovation.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, privacy regulations, and measurement changes, including GA4, server-side tracking, and first-party data strategies.

  • Collaborate with Creative teams to test and optimize ad formats, messaging, and landing pages.
✅ What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Paid Search, Performance Marketing, or Digital Advertising.

  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience in Excel (advanced), SQL, Looker, Tableau, Python, or R.
  • Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads with a strong understanding of auction dynamics and bidding strategies.

  • Experience with feed management, product catalog optimization, and dynamic ad creatives.

  • Knowledge of incrementality testing, attribution modeling, and marketing automation.
  • Understanding of the evolving privacy and measurement landscape, including GA4, first-party data, and server-side tracking.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
