Overview:
The Center for Inclusive Growth is the philanthropic hub at Mastercard. The organization seeks to ensure that the benefits of an expanding economy accrue to all segments of society. Through research, data science for social impact, programs and strategic engagement, the Center addresses the dual challenges of income and information inequality to advance equitable and sustainable economic growth and financial inclusion around the world. The Strategic Engagement Team supports the Center and Mastercard through its leadership on convening, content creation, and digital platforms. The Senior Analyst, Operations and Strategic Engagement, will play a key role supporting the team's activities to ensure operational effectiveness and strategic execution. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys working across teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs, events, and initiatives.
Role:
This position supports cross-team coordination and reporting processes, and operational and logistical support for high-impact engagements. The Senior Analyst will work closely with colleagues across the Center and Mastercard's broader teams to ensure alignment and excellence and drive process improvement efforts that enhance the Center's ability to deliver on its mission. This position will also spend time supporting the adoption and ongoing management of the Center's Salesforce integration and leads management, working closely with the Center's Operations colleagues to track, migrate, and manage contacts data.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide project management support to the Strategic Engagement team and coordination across the Center for Inclusive Growth to drive timely delivery of outputs and outcomes.
* Maintain a robust calendar of high-level engagements across the Center for Inclusive Growth & Sustainability and produce a weekly focus e-mail in partnership with the Senior Vice President, External Engagements, to help align work in support of strategic objectives. Maintain other high-level MSG event calendars as needed. Provide events reporting as needed.
* Facilitate data collection and analysis, and reporting and communications of programmatic results and organizational activities in support of Center objectives.
* Support the adoption and long-term integration of the Salesforce platform across CFIG, promoting best practices and user engagement. Serve as a "data champion" for SET within the wider CFIG team.
* Manage operational processes including contracts, invoices, budgeting, legal and compliance processes (e.g., VIVOs), and other logistical tasks to ensure efficiency and adherence to global Mastercard standards.
* Support digital team in preparation and dissemination of quarterly metrics reports on website and social traffic and engagement.
* Provide general administrative support as needed.
All About You:
* Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or program management-or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, and deadlines across teams.
* Analytical skills with experience in data collection, reporting, and performance tracking to support strategic planning and decision-making.
* Demonstrated ability to manage contracts and budgets with attention to detail and compliance.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce executive-level materials and respond to urgent requests.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
* Experience with CRM systems and data analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Excel/Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud). Experience ensuing the accuracy and consistency of data within Salesforce through regular validation.
* Experience supporting high-level engagements a plus.
