The successful candidate will work as a part of operations team to perform project implementation and daily operations support of the company’s enterprise data network.
Candidate will perform general configuration management, SW upgrades, optimization of all enterprise network systems, integration and problem isolation/troubleshooting of large-scale global enterprise data networks.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide Enterprise IT 24x7 network operations support
Perform daily monitoring, analysis and administration of network operations
Provides guidance and advisory to technical support in the installation and maintenance of LAN, Firewall, DMZ WAN networks
Plan, design and implement Datacenter and Campus LAN/WAN networks
Evaluate hardware and software solutions for suitable network implementation
Installs and build network infrastructure for multiple properties
Plans and configures monitoring tools to ensure service level is met
Troubleshoot and resolve networking problems
Develops and review standard operation procedure for support operations
Provides technical and operation supports as well as conduct training to end-users
Maintains inventory listing of LAN/WAN deployment
5+ years of relevant enterprise IT network experience
In-depth knowledge and experience in computer/network security, network vulnerability, and network risk management, network security software, IP addressing schemes, penetration testing
In-depth experience with Huawei/H3C routing and switching technologies include OSPF, BGP etc.
Hands-on experiences on Huawei/H3C Firewall, VPN, port security, Dot1x and redundant setup
Experience in structure cabling system with CAT and fibre cables
Experience in Huawei Fabric network and SDWAN
Possess diploma academic or relevant professional qualifications
Preferred Huawei HCIA/HCIP Datacom certification
Excellent troubleshooting skills, fast technology learner and ability to independently perform tasks
Ability to troubleshoot network problems with minimal supervision
Able to work under pressure
