The Senior Analyst role is responsible for the end‑to‑end management, enhancement, and smooth functioning of the Apprenticeship Portal. This includes overseeing portal content, design, workflows, modules, user experience, and system improvements. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate internally within NSDC and with state engagement teams.

3-6 years of relevant professional experience.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
Self‑driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Comfortable with public speaking and presentations in formal/informal settings.
Attention to detail, integrity, and willingness to travel.
Fluency in English & Hindi; knowledge of an additional vernacular language is an advantage.
