Key Responsibilities:
- Own high-severity incidents impacting MDM, carrier services, authentication, shared device workflows, and mobile apps.
- Lead root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
- Engineer and optimize Workspace ONE / Omnissa environment including compliance frameworks and integrations.
- Coordinate upgrades, certificate renewals, and platform lifecycle activities.
- Enforce encryption, MFA, Conditional Access, and patch compliance.
- Analyze billing, carrier spend, overages, stale devices, and fleet health.
- Build APIs / scripts / workflow automations across ServiceNow and related systems.
- Recommend roadmaps and mentor junior administrators.
- Handle device enrollment, policy failures, and complex troubleshooting scenarios
- Act as a SME to resolve complex issues, tier-3 issues with mobile devices , apps and wireless connectivity
- Plan and execute OS upgrades (iOS, Android, macOS) ensuring application compatibility
- Document requirements, meeting notes, UAT, and process flows.
- Design and maintain UEM/MDM architecture (Intune, Jamf Pro) for enterprise mobility.
- Oversee deployment, configuration, application management, and decommissioning of mobile devices.
- Utilize PowerShell, Python, or Jamf APIs for scripting and automating device provisioning (Autopilot).
• Senior L3 / lead mobility specialist responsible for platform engineering, advanced troubleshooting, analytics, governance, automation, and strategic optimization of enterprise mobility services.
• Acts as technical escalation point while driving security, efficiency, and service maturity.
Ideal Experience:
- 6+ years enterprise mobility / UEM.
- Strong reporting skills (Excel / Power BI / ServiceNow dashboards).
- Healthcare mobility experience is highly valuable.
- Strong stakeholder communication.
- Deep knowledge of tools like JAMF Pro, Intune, and mobile operating systems ( iOS / Android)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
- Good to have Azure Active Directory (Cloud) Experience
Certifications:
JAMF 200/300 (Technician/Advanced) or Microsoft Mobility Certifications are highly preferred.
