What you will do-
As a Senior Analyst in Business Data Governance & Management, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity, and governance of critical business data across global ERP systems, supporting operations, reporting, and decision-making across regions.
- Manage data creation and maintenance requests through the BDGM queue, ensuring SLA adherence and risk identification.
- Maintain and govern master data across domains (Material, Finance, Supplier, Customer, Sales, and Foundational data).
- Collaborate with global teams (APAC, LATAM, EEMEA) to drive process improvements and standardization.
- Develop and maintain data governance processes, guidelines, and documentation.
- Support data quality initiatives, including data cleansing, enrichment, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain reports and tools to track and improve data quality.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure data accuracy, and support business needs.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
What you need-
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Programming skills (Power Plataform: PowerApp, PowerBI, PowerAutomate).
- Experience with data governance, data analytics, or related roles.

- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and data manipulation techniques.
