Overview
The Global Business Solutions Center is seeking a Project Manager to lead project management for Global B2B Marketing Operations and Lead Generation. This role requires expertise in project planning, inbound request management, stakeholder communication and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role will involve working with multiple stakeholders in a service delivery model with key metrics and SLAs.
Role
In this position, you will:• Manage end-to-end projects intake, briefing, assignment, and stakeholder communication to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets to support campaign execution• Manage a team of analysts, senior analytics and project managers while also managing individual projects, plan capacity and plan campaign operations• Apply a structured approach to assess team's bandwidth and assign projects based on capacity rather than a round-robin method• Own and optimise Monday.com for marketing operations project management, implementing enhancements to streamline workflows and improve efficiency• Support capacity planning by identifying resource gaps and preparing business cases for additional resourcing as needed• Collaborate with stakeholders to set realistic expectations for asset production and delivery timelines, informed by a clear assessment of team capacity• Facilitate stakeholder feedback loops and incorporate insights to drive continuous improvement in marketing operations processes• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) through prompt responses and rigorous quality assurance checks• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, highlighting opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should:• 7+ years of experience in project management.• Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana or similar.• Advanced Excel skills for capacity planning, data validation, and reporting.• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a stakeholder-centric approach.• Proven ability to negotiate and navigate through complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve project objectives.• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.• Flexibility to work across time zones and manage distributed teams effectively.
