Senior Analyst, Marketing Data Operations

Job Description: The Marketing Operations team is seeking a business intelligence analyst to build, execute and support campaign analytics across multiple lines of businesses. This role will work closely with the internal marketing teams to create insights from which our stakeholders can make critical business and marketing decisions.
You Will
- Develop mastery of all Dow Jones data sources that we leverage in our analytics
- Use Tableau/Snowflake to aggregate and analyze data collected from various sources across multiple marketing distribution channels
- Achieve data quality, troubleshoot data validation, and see issues to resolution
- Support data-driven marketing projects by evaluating large, complex datasets to inform marketing strategy
- Partner with data engineering and product engineering colleagues to collect, cleanse and organize data consistently
- Help marketing stakeholders establish benchmarks, inputs and critical metrics for new programs
- Tell stories with data, educate stakeholders effectively, and instill confidence in recommendations, motivating others to act on them
- Design and implement scalable Gold layer tables and views within the Customer data lake (Snowflake) to support complex data solutions
- Manage multiple projects and dashboards simultaneously to meet objectives and deadlines
- Execute projects and dashboards with minimal guidance and supervision
- Leverage AI tools to automate data workflows and report generation
You Have
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics
- Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Experience manipulating data sets using R or Python and handling large scale, unstructured data
- Extensive SQL experience for data extraction, manipulation, and analyses; including stored procedures, complex joins, creation of views, and database scripting
- Experience with ETL processes and cloud-based tools (Snowflake)
- Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI, etc.) for the purpose of improving productivity and building end-user facing analytical products
- Tableau Desktop Certification Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite
- Strong eye for data visualization and design
- Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
- Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams across many stakeholders and departments
