Job Description:
The Senior Associate, Marketing Analytics will be an important member of the audience targeting team, dedicated to transforming complex data into targeted audiences and actionable insights to drive results. We are looking for a proactive individual with deep experience in data analytics, from data sourcing to visualization and interpretation. You will have a blend of technical expertise and business acumen, ensuring that insights are both data-driven and aligned with our goals.
Responsibilities
Data Management and Analysis:
Develop and execute a comprehensive audience strategy for growth marketing.
Identify and evaluate new audience acquisition opportunities across paid and owned channels.
Establish testing frameworks to assess channel performance and optimize conversions.
Source and compile data from multiple repositories, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Write complex SQL queries to manipulate large datasets, with a strong understanding of ETL processes.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot existing ETL flows.
Conduct comprehensive and replicable analyses to extract insights from data.
Visualize data to tell a compelling story and make insights clear to any audience.
Present insights internally to peers and departmental partners.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging methodologies, and technologies to ensure analytics best practices.
Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to understand business questions and provide data-driven solutions.
Help prepare presentations for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
Clearly explain findings and technical insights to non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
3+ years of industry experience in analytics; B2B marketing analytics experience is preferred.
Advanced SQL proficiency—ability to independently query and transform data from complex, multi-source environments.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience using GitHub or similar version control platforms.
Proven experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Ability to effectively visualize and present data to diverse groups.
A team-oriented mindset with a highly collaborative spirit.
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Information Systems, or a related discipline.
