About the role
We are looking for an accomplished candidate with a record of academic and professional achievement to join our Talent Acquisition team in Hyderabad. This is a dynamic, high-visibility position offering multiple opportunities to collaborate closely with the firm's various businesses. The ideal candidate will bring energy, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to a fast-paced recruitment function.
What you'll do
- Design, execute, and refine end-to-end recruitment strategies across all functions and business units, encompassing requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all levels and functions, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs, TAT benchmarks, and compliance standards.
- Partner with senior business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, define role fitment criteria, and align on hiring timelines.
- Drive and enhance recruitment programs for global operations while streamlining existing processes for greater efficiency.
- Track and report key hiring metrics — including offer acceptance rate, funnel conversion, source effectiveness, and cost per hire — to drive data-informed decisions.
- Leverage non-traditional forms of recruitment, employer branding, and marketing to attract top talent.
- Own and drive the end-to-end background verification process for all new hires, ensuring adherence to defined timelines and a seamless pre-joining experience.
- Maintain documentation and data to support operational efficiency and compliance requirements.
- Mentor junior recruiters, contribute to process redesign initiatives, and implement best practices to improve recruiter productivity and hiring quality.
- Stay current on external marketplace trends and developments in the talent acquisition space.
- Lead and contribute to end-to-end talent acquisition projects — including employer branding initiatives, recruitment process redesign, and sourcing strategy builds — driving them from scoping through execution with clear milestones and measurable outcomes.
Qualifications
- An MBA from a top-tier business school with 4 to 7 years of lateral/market recruitment experience.
- Solid end-to-end knowledge of the lateral/market recruitment process with a strong grasp of multi-platform sourcing.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Capacity to adapt to a highly evolved and flexible work culture.
- A proven track record of proficient problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
