Job Description

As a Senior Analyst, Loyalty Analytics, you will be the primary analytics partner for Zooplus' Loyalty Product and Loyalty Business teams. You will translate business questions into analytical frameworks, measure the impact of loyalty initiatives, and deliver actionable insights that support decision-making and program growth.

You will own key loyalty measurement frameworks, define and monitor program KPIs, and ensure the loyalty analytics backlog remains aligned with business priorities and company strategy. This role combines hands-on analytics expertise with functional leadership and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights that support loyalty program decisions.
  • Measure the impact and incrementality of loyalty initiatives through experimentation, cohort analysis, and performance evaluation.
  • Define, maintain, and evolve KPIs that measure loyalty program performance, customer engagement, retention, and customer value.
  • Build dashboards, reporting solutions, and measurement frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Act as the primary analytics partner for Loyalty Product and Loyalty Business teams, providing analytical guidance and recommendations.
  • Own and prioritize the loyalty analytics backlog, ensuring it remains aligned with business priorities, loyalty program objectives, and company strategy.
  • Influence product and business decisions through data-driven recommendations and clear communication of analytical findings.
  • Promote analytics best practices and continuously improve measurement methodologies, reporting standards, and data quality.

What Success Looks Like

Within your first 6-12 months, you will:

  • Become the trusted analytics partner for Loyalty Product and Loyalty Business teams.
  • Establish and maintain a scalable KPI framework for monitoring loyalty program performance.
  • Deliver robust measurement approaches for key loyalty initiatives and product enhancements.
  • Ensure the loyalty analytics backlog is prioritized and aligned with evolving business priorities.
  • Deliver actionable insights that influence product decisions, customer experience improvements, and program growth.
  • Build reporting and dashboard solutions that increase visibility of loyalty program performance and enable self-service decision-making.

Qualifications

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, product analytics, customer analytics, loyalty analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including writing complex queries to analyze large-scale customer and transaction datasets.
  • Experience using Python for analytics, automation, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
  • Proven experience translating business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
  • Strong experience delivering insights that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience defining KPIs, building dashboards, and developing reporting frameworks for business stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision-making across product and business teams.
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience working with loyalty programs, customer retention, subscription products, membership models, or customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Experience measuring incrementality through experimentation, causal inference, uplift measurement, or cohort-based methodologies.
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, subscription, or digital product businesses.
