Are you a seasoned Joint operations expert ready to shape the next generation of integrated battlefield strategy? Leidos is seeking a mission-focused Senior Analyst to join our elite Joint Air-Ground Integration Support (JAGIS) team, where your insights will directly influence the evolution of Command and Control (C2) and Joint Air-Ground Integration capabilities. As the Department of Defense shifts focus from Counterinsurgency (COIN) to Large-Scale Combat Operations (LSCO), this is your opportunity to make meaningful impact on national security through hands-on support of ACC/A3J initiatives.
Your Mission
Deliver high-impact analysis and strategic recommendations for Joint C2 modernization and combat effectiveness.
Evaluate capabilities during Army Warfighter Exercises (WFX)—providing real-time assessments and actionable insights.
Observe, coach, and train participants on Joint C2 integration and refined Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Champion the development of cutting-edge TTPs for JAGIC, ASOC, and TACP operations.
Drive innovation in JADC2 experimentation, operational assessments, and new technology integration.
Advise on manpower needs, training systems, and TOC processes to meet evolving warfighting demands.
Lead collaborative workshops and contribute to national-level discussions on future force structure and capability enhancements.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in National Security, Operations Research, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of experience in military or defense operations—especially within Joint, Army, or Air Force C2 ecosystems.
Deep operational knowledge of JAGIC, ASOC, and TACP functions.
Proven track record supporting large-scale exercises and developing modernized TTPs.
Ability to work across teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver strategic briefings.
Active Top Secret SCI clearance (required).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience crafting Joint Doctrine or Air Force Instructions (AFIs).
Background in AOC, ASOC, or high-level Joint planning.
Familiarity with JADC2 initiatives, emerging communications technology, and force modernization.
Skills in manpower documentation and training development processes.
