Join us as an IT Senior Analyst - IT System Administrator on our IT Infrastructure team in Bangalore, India to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.
What You'll Accomplish:
In this role, you will be responsible for the End User computing IT Infrastructure support involving Windows and Mac devices. Also includes responsibilities for Intune administration, device management,video conferencing, identity management, system documentation, and client device systems. You will evaluate, integrate and test new tools and technologies, work with Project Management liaisons to establish project delivery, and provide support for cyber threat detection and response applications. You will also monitor the environments, respond to health alerts, and be an escalation point for the service desk or take an end user support role when needed at any level.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, integrate, and test new tools and technologies
Work with Project Management Liaisons to establish tasks and level of effort for project delivery
Install applications, develop scripts, and perform upgrades
Monitor the environment and respond to health alerts
Mentor and train the service desk on new technologies
Mobile and Laptop Device Management, Configuration, Imaging, and Patching
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, information security, or equivalent work experience
Minimum 6 years of experience in the IT industry
Minimum 6 years of System & Intune Administration experience
Minimum 4 years of experience managing enterprise productivity and collaboration systems such as Intune administration, Desktop support,Microsoft O365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Enterprise Device Management Platforms.
Desirable Skills:
Experience with parsing and scripting languages such as Powershell, VBScript, SQL Scripting, and Python
Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Azure preferred), including cross-region deployment
