The Senior Analyst, Investor Relations will play a key role on the Edwards Investor Relations team, supporting high‑visibility earnings cycles, investor conferences, financial communications, and market intelligence. This role requires strong analytical judgment, executive-ready communication skills, and the ability to translate financial and market data into clear insights that support investor messaging, leadership alignment, and strategic decision-making across Investor Relations, Communications, Finance, and the Edwards Executive Leadership team.
How you’ll make an impact:
Earnings Process & Strategic Communications
- Own key components of the quarterly earnings process, including maintaining the Earnings SharePoint hub, organizing cross-functional materials, creating and editing internal earnings documents and ensuring timely, accurate dissemination of earnings content.
- Partner closely with the Director and SVP of Investor Relations to support strategic communications for select internal and external stakeholders, such as ELT, business units, and Wall Street analysts and investors.
- Develop and coordinate external earnings communications materials, including website staging content, executive quotes, and digital messaging, ensuring consistency with approved financial narratives.
Market Research, Competitor Intelligence & Narrative Support
- Analyze daily/weekly share‑price movements, analyst commentary, and competitor announcements to identify themes that may influence investor sentiment and Edwards’ positioning.
- Lead ongoing competitor earnings analysis and synthesize market insights to inform Edwards’ investor relations strategy, messaging, and external benchmarking narratives.
- Develop analyst engagement priorities and callback schedules, using investor sentiment and market context to support leadership alignment and follow-up strategy.
Modeling, Consensus Development & Executive Presentation Support
- Independently consolidate and analyze analyst models post‑earnings and support integration into the Virtua consensus framework to provide leadership with an accurate view of external expectations.
- Prepare materials and analysis for investor conferences, leadership briefings, and executive presentations, ensuring content is accurate, clear, and aligned to approved messaging.
- Manage review cycles, document key changes, and maintain strong version control across multiple stakeholder groups and executive-facing deliverables.
- Drive follow-through across draft iterations and stakeholder inputs to ensure timely, polished preparation for major investor-facing events.
Ongoing Investor Relations Operations & Strategic Projects
- Own the development and ongoing maintenance of core IR materials, including the Investor Factsheet and IR website updates, to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current business messaging.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for quarterly Board updates and strategic projects, leveraging tools such as FactSet to surface relevant trends, insights, and investor themes.
- Lead and support strategic projects that leverage technology tools to improve visibility, analytics, and insights around consensus modeling, analyst sentiment, and Edwards’ positioning ahead of earnings calls, Investor Conference, and Strategic Plan.
What you'll need (Required):
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
- A minimum of five years of Accounting/Finance experience (or three years of experience with a Masters).

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $92,000 to $130,000 (highly experienced).
