Are you a skilled threat hunter passionate about guiding others through the cyber threat environment as part of an international team? Joining Flashpoint National Security Solutions, you will apply your intelligence expertise and Chinese language proficiency to safeguard against evolving risks.

Demonstrate the ability to manage individual responsibilities autonomously while partnering with the team on sophisticated projects.
Exhibit bilingual fluency in Chinese, with the proficiency to read both simplified and traditional characters.
Maintain a high-level mastery of Chinese geopolitical dynamics, digital subcultures, and the behavior of cyber threat actors.
Possess an advanced understanding of network and telecommunications vulnerabilities, including topologies and the electromagnetic spectrum, and demonstrated experience leveraging global internet mapping tools for vulnerability identification.
Possess the skills to create vulnerability assessments by identifying both physical and cyber-related weaknesses.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the communication platforms favored by cyber threat actors and demonstrate a readiness to perform engagements.
Utilize extensive experience with APIs, scripting languages, and command line interfaces to manipulate large datasets and enhance analytical processes.
Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in generating precise analyses and critical insights for finalized intelligence products.
Display excellent communication and presentation abilities, alongside an eagerness to share insights, data, and analytical findings with a broad variety of stakeholders.
Exhibit a strong sense of initiative, a constructive outlook, and a commitment to personal growth and skill acquisition.
Bring a proven track record of contributing to collaborative, multi-disciplinary analysis in fast-paced settings.
What you will get to do on our team

Deliver high-quality analytical assessments that offer valuable context to our clients.
Utilize Flashpoint’s internal systems and proprietary tools to fulfill designated responsibilities.
Integrate external tools to process data, improving our alerting and analysis capabilities.
Evaluate raw information to determine its reliability and importance to our client base.
Develop patterns and keywords within Flashpoint software to prioritize critical data signals.
Draft original blog content for review by leadership.
Operate securely in virtual environments while adhering to Flashpoint’s rules of engagement.
Lead internal initiatives and projects as a designated subject matter expert.
Conduct peer reviews of completed intelligence reports to ensure analytical precision.
Participate in community calls, standardize team procedures, and mentor junior colleagues.
Gather intelligence requirements and address collection deficiencies for relevant teams:
Develop a comprehensive grasp of how Flashpoint’s collection systems function.
Apply standardized internal protocols to resolve gaps in data collection.
Identify and suggest new sources to expand Flashpoint’s collection reach.
What you will achieve
Within 30 days
● You will have been fully onboarded and integrated into a team of professional intelligence analysts and assigned a mentor to guide you through your initial journey at Flashpoint. Your team will have provided you with access, resources, and training necessary to begin tackling deliverables.
Within 60 days
● You will have become familiarized with all of Flashpoints processes and become comfortable with taking on additional tasks and deliverables.
By 90 days
● You will have carried out your own investigations in support of intelligence requirements and drafted and published the findings from these initial investigations within Flashpoint intelligence platform.
● You will have become familiar with teams outside of your own team and begun building working relationships to assist you to become successful in your career.
● You will have become completely comfortable with handling day-to-day deliverables and tasks on your own and become confident in your abilities to work independently or on a team.
To be successful in this role, you will need
Bilingual fluency in Chinese, including the ability to interpret simplified and traditional characters.
A comprehensive grasp of Chinese geopolitical dynamics, digital subcultures, and threat actor behaviors.
Extensive experience conducting cyber investigations and open-source intelligence gathering.
Proficiency with command line interfaces and scripting languages for automating tasks and managing large datasets.
Exceptional skills in communication and presentation, with a focus on delivering complex findings to diverse stakeholders.
