About the Role:
- Serve as the primary contact between the team, clients, landlords, tenants, and third-party agents to ensure smooth communication and uninterrupted property operations.
- Manage daily business-as-usual tasks including helpdesk support, inspection coordination, maintenance tracking, and lease consultation to resolve property issues efficiently.
- Prepare, present, and support the delivery of monthly KPI reports and ad-hoc reporting while attending recurring and ad-hoc meetings as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation on shared drives or SharePoint, ensuring compliance with internal processes and data quality standards.
- Support team operations through knowledge sharing, training new joiners, maintaining training materials, and participating in the team’s backup system.
About You:
- Educational & Professional Background: A BSc or MSc degree is required, along with at least one year of client care or real estate operations experience in an international setting.
- Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate English is essential; knowledge of another European language is considered an advantage.
- Core Skills & Attributes: Strong IT literacy, intermediate MS Office proficiency, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments.
