Minimum qualifications
- At least 4 years’ experience of success in Program Management, Product Management, or Business Systems roles.
- Proven experience managing GTM systems strategy, with a focus on optimizing systems and processes that largely tie back to Salesforce, BI, and agentic tools.
- A detail-oriented and process-driven mindset, with proven experience documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create polished, simplified summaries where appropriate for senior stakeholders while also getting into the weeds with individual contributors working through daily pains.
Preferred qualifications
- Strong familiarity with Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Engineering workflows (running proofs of value & customer workshops, customer handoffs to technical account managers, et al).
- A willingness to actively participate in co-designing revenue systems in partnership with members of the business and engineering teams.

The GTM Systems team at Wiz is looking for a strategy-focused technologist to support our Customer Engineering team in demonstrating our value to our potential and existing customers. This person will have the unique opportunity to support one of our most technical GTM teams scale their impact as we continue to evolve the cybersecurity landscape.
As a Senior GTM Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the Systems strategy and roadmap as a business partner for our CEs. You’ll be responsible for owning a scalable, high-impact technology strategy that supports efficient, customer-focused processes. You’ll foster strong cross-functional relationships to ensure alignment, prioritize innovation, and drive continuous improvement toward world-class GTM solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests.
- Oversee systems project lifecycles from intake through to completion, partnering cross-functionally with GTM, IT, Procurement, BI, Product and Development teams.
- Pair GTM strategy with scalable technology for the team you support, ensuring our best-in-class teams are met with a best-in-class technology ecosystem.
- Balance an AI-driven future state with the need to “keep the lights on” today.
- Remove silos across GTM teams by focusing on shared functionality, applying role-based context to existing systems where possible.
