This is an on-site position based in Irvine, CA. 

How You Will Make an Impact:

  • The Sr. Analyst, Global Training Operations is responsible for leading and executing strategic project management initiatives that support TMTT Global Training and Expansion objectives.
  • This role applies project management methodologies, business process improvement principles, and cross-functional collaboration to drive operational excellence across training programs, systems, and processes. 
  • The position partners closely with Global Training and Expansion, Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations stakeholders to manage projects that enhance training effectiveness, support product launches, training activities, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision making across PASCAL, EVOQUE, and SAPIEN M3 training programs. 
  • Project Leadership & Execution 
  • Lead the execution of Global Training Operations projects and strategic initiatives supporting TMTT Global Training and Expansion objectives. 
  • Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication plans to ensure successful project outcomes. 
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, resources, and business needs. 
  • Monitor project performance through metrics, dashboards, and KPIs, identify risks, and deliver executive reporting on progress, operational effectiveness, and improvement opportunities. 
  • Facilitate project closeout activities, lessons learned, and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities. 
  • Operational Excellence & Process Improvement 
  • Lead process improvement initiatives by analyzing project and operational performance data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations that enhance the efficiency, scalability, compliance, and effectiveness of Global Training operations. 
  • Serve as project lead for training-related process changes, including documentation updates, system enhancements, and governance initiatives. 
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts across training workflows, certification processes, and operational systems. 
  • Utilize project management best practices and change management methodologies to support adoption of new processes and tools. 
  • Training Systems & Content Operations 
  • Lead cross-functional projects supporting training content creation, review, approval, deployment, and lifecycle management. 
  • Serve as business lead and subject matter expert for training operational platforms including Windchill PLM, Monday.com, TMPO, LMS, SharePoint, Showpad, Salesforce, and related systems. 
  • Coordinate implementation and optimization projects supporting training materials distribution and content governance. 
  • Ensure training content and documentation are managed in compliance with established quality processes and procedures. 
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management 
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with global and cross-functional stakeholders to support project objectives. 
  • Lead project meetings, stakeholder alignment discussions, and communication plans to ensure successful execution. 
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to execute training initiatives, support vendor relationships, and coordinate operational activities. 
  • Influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple organizations and geographic regions. 
  • Global Training Operations Support 
  • Support strategic operational initiatives including training program deployment, product launch readiness, inventory planning, and training logistics execution. 
  • Lead initiatives that improve scalability and effectiveness of certification, learner management, and training deployment processes. 
  • Support expansion and growth initiatives through project management, process design, and operational readiness planning. 

 What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field with 5 years of hands on experience managing mid to large scale projects or equivalent based on Edwards Criteria
  • Domestic and international travel up to 20%.

  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems (e.g., Windchill PLM). 
  • Experience managing project management platforms and reporting tools (e.g., Monday.com). 
  • Experience developing performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reporting. 
  • Six Sigma, PMP, CAPM, Lean, or related project management certification preferred. 
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business collaboration tools. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.

For California (CA), the base pay range for this position is $92,000 to $130,000 (highly experienced).
