Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities
- The Sr. Analyst, Global HR Technology Solutions plays a key role in ensuring the effective configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of Workday and/or other HR systems.
- Leverages a combination of HR Operations principles and technical acumen to deliver well thought out solutions in one or more of the functional areas — including HCM, Talent Optimization, Compensation, Absence, and Reporting & Analytics — to create operational efficiency and delightful employee experiences.
Specific Responsibilities
- Lead the design of solutions and delivery of system enhancements, ensuring alignment with global standard process design while enhancing user experience and system functionality through an Agile methodology.
- Manage medium-to-high complexity enhancements as a Project Manager, overseeing scope, timelines, activities, and stakeholder responsibilities to ensure successful project completion.
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence, managing stakeholder relationships and driving alignment initiatives.
- Serve as the functional owner and subject matter expert for one or more HR System functional areas, ensuring effective configuration and management.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies.
- Act as an escalation point for complex system issues, working towards resolution and optimization.
- Champion innovation and system stability, ensuring seamless adoption of new feature releases.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience in HR and HRIS solutions development.
- Background in HR Operations, HR Technology and Process Improvement, or related field/s.
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations is an advantage especially in shared services environments.
