Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Analyst, Global Benefits to join our Global Benefits team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the seamless end-to-end implementation, ongoing administration, and operational governance of benefit plans across your designated region (EMEA).
You will act as a regional Subject Matter Expert (SME), balancing global corporate consistency with vital local relevance.
This role requires a unique blend of rigorous operational execution, strong vendor management, and empathetic communication to optimize the "Mountaineer" experience.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
- Benefits Administration & Lifecycle Management: Execute end-to-end administration for benefit plans, including vendor implementation, onboarding/offboarding, annual open enrollments, and plan renewals.
- Data Quality & Escalation Support: Conduct routine QA on data files, manage eligibility tracking, resolve errors within HR systems (Workday, ServiceNow), and serve as the regional escalation point for complex employee benefit queries.
- Vendor & Billing Management: Monitor vendor KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while managing routine benefits billing, including PO setup, invoice reviews, and vendor payment processing.
- Compliance, Governance & Audit: Establish and monitor compliance obligations for all regional benefit and paid-time-off (PTO) programs, keeping the regional compliance matrix meticulously updated and audit-ready.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communications: Partner with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), Total Rewards peers, and local HR teams to draft clear employee-facing benefit materials and aggregate operational data for executive dashboards.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Proven years of progressive international benefits administration experience within the designated region.
- Technical & Data Acumen: Proven capability in aggregating and analyzing complex data sets, census files, and plan documents. Practical knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and influencing skills within a matrixed environment, exceptional organizational agility to manage competing priorities, and a continuous-improvement mindset focused on process automation.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in verbal and written English is required; additional European language is a high advantage: French or Spanish or Portuguese
