Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting and financial analysis activities to support the Global Technology Organization.
- Facilitate team operations by efficiently executing recharges and accurately managing journal bookings.
- Assist Technology CAPEX PPM organization in the capital appropriation approval process and monthly financial routines.
- Manage project capitalization upon project completion, collaborating closely with project managers and Fixed Accounting to ensure timely and accurate capitalization process.
- Oversee the time reporting activities conducted by Project Managers in the Capital Allocation Tool, ensuring comprehensive adherence to submission protocols, and validating the accurate capitalization of reported hours.
- Document team processes, ensuring a comprehensive and standardized repository that facilitates efficient understanding and execution of operational procedures.
