Job Purpose:
We are seeking a candidate with extensive experience in new product biosimilar forecasting . The ideal candidate should be proficient in top-down, bottom-up, forecasting, methods, utilizing internal data and external sources like IQVIA, DRG and evaluate pharma. Prior experience in large molecule (biologics) forecasting is essential. Candidate should have exposure of business case preparations along with hands on knowledge of simulation techniques (Monte Carlo simulation) and basic DCF analysis.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Create and deliver Forecasting solutions to Sandoz Internal Customers.
• Support data enabled decision making by providing qualitative and quantitative analytics.
• Drive design and enhancement of existing services / processes / deliverables (quality, productivity, value)
• Closely Interface with customers to understand and convert business requirements into solutions
• Provide appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services
• Support in creation and maintenance of knowledge repositories/catalogues, SOPs, quality checklists
• Build and Support in Functional and Organizational business objectives and strategy
• Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal / IT / HR requirements

Minimum Requirements:
Educational Background:
Pharma/ Sciences/ Engineering/ Math/ Statistics with Post graduation
Languages:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Experience:

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in pharma forecasting
1. Technical Skills Required
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint is must
• Business Intelligence Tools/ VBA/ Python/ R/ JS good to have
• Basic knowledge of statistics and its use in forecasting
2. Functional Expectations
• Conduct bottom-up forecasts using internal data, IQVIA and/or local databases for Region Europe countries .
• Implement forecast accuracy KPIs to track forecast changes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, validate inputs, and ensure forecast accuracy and consistency.
• Support multiple markets including Region, Clusters and/or Countries, namely in forecast creation/review, portfolio analysis
• Integrate information from different internal and external data sources available and support on the maintenance of portfolio databases
• Experience in Epi based forecasting for Inline, Pipeline and BD&L Products/ Brands and Trend Based Forecasting.
• Basic understanding of DCF and NPV analysis will be good to have
• Deep understanding of Secondary Research to support and validate assumptions made in the forecast development• Expertise in handling datasets - IQVIA, Evaluate, IPD, DRG, etc.
• Effective forecast storyboarding, capturing key insights backed by relevant data
• Utilize Data and Quantitative Analytics, conduct Business Analysis and perform Analog Analysis to drive forecast accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication, presentations skills, storyboarding
• Ability to grasp functional processes and tailor solutions accordingly
