What you will do:

• Collaborate with Fiserv’s billing operations department to support activities within billing, cash applications, and collection functions.
• Assist in the implementation and support of financial solutions.
• Work with technical teams to enhance and deploy solutions, including providing specifications, testing, and organizing user training.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate users on the SAP system.
• Support global financial system implementations.
• Act as a liaison between SAP end-users and technical teams to support order to cash system functionalities and processes.
• Contribute to the design of new functionality to the billing landscape.
• Coordinate and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all financial requirements are met.

What you will need to have:

• 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Information Technology or related field

What would be great to have:

• Experience with SAP preferred.
