What will your job look like?
The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis is a member of the Finance team that provides key insights to Executive Leadership, the Board of Directors, and lenders through accurate reporting. The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis also supports MTM’s strategic initiatives and profitability by assisting with financial modeling, investment profitability, and post-merger integration monitoring. The Senior Analyst, Financial Reporting & Analysis will think strategically and interact cross-functionally to provide accurate reporting and advance strategic opportunities at MTM.
Location: This role is a hybrid of in office at our Lake St. Louis, MO location and work from home.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports for executive leadership, with strong attention-to-detail and precision, to evaluate financial performance
- Lead preparation of materials for the quarterly Board of Directors meeting
- Prepare financial analyses and valuation modeling to support M&A and other strategic initiatives, including the Company’s Long-Range Plan
- Prepare the quarterly Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) provided to lenders
- Prepare the annual footnotes to the financial statements
- Support financial due diligence post-merger integration; monitor financial performance and track investment performance and synergies
- Evaluate new projects, investments, and assets to determine their return on investment
- Assist with the budgeting and forecasting process, as needed, by analyzing factors driving any significant variances from prior month, budget/reforecast, or other contract/plan/state expectations
- Maintain thorough knowledge of MTM’s services, competition, regulated business trends and economic drivers across the industry
- Perform research or special projects in a variety of areas in order to fulfill business initiatives and meet business objectives, as assigned by management
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
- Previous data analysis experience

Salary Min: $65,440
Salary Max: $90,000
