Lead and supervise payroll operations, ensuring accurate, timely payroll processing, tax and benefits compliance, SOX controls, reconciliations, audits, and year-end processes. Partner with HR, Finance, and Legal to optimize payroll systems, drive process improvements (including AI-focused automation), coach direct reports, and manage special projects.

Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, translate them into report specifications, coordinate with BI team to develop and validate reports, ensure data accuracy and compliance, provide stakeholder support and status updates, and identify process improvements for report creation and delivery.
