Provide safe, on-time non-emergency medical transportation for elderly and disabled passengers. Assist with boarding, secure mobility devices, perform vehicle pre/post-trip inspections, complete required paperwork, use tablets/GPS, follow ADA/FTA/DOT regulations, and deliver excellent customer service.

Lead and manage a multimillion-dollar transportation program, supervising direct and indirect reports, meeting contract SLAs and budget goals, serving as primary client liaison, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality, driving performance management, stakeholder engagement, and staff development.

Lead regional safety program for the East Region, developing SOPs, training, audits, reporting, and investigations. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and drug/alcohol programs, provide leadership to regional safety staff, create dashboards and training materials, and collaborate with operations, HR, and marketing to drive safety culture and improvements.

The Manager, Finance will oversee contract analysis, budgeting, client reporting, and accounts receivable management while providing insights and ensuring timely deliverables.

The Program Director manages transportation services, acts as a liaison with clients, ensures compliance with contracts, and oversees business outcomes and budget management.

Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities as the frontline representative. Provide customer care, navigate systems to resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed. Work on-site and follow MTM Health service standards to support access to care.
