Provides safe, reliable non-emergency medical transportation for older adults and individuals with disabilities in Yuma County. Responsibilities include defensive driving, passenger loading and unloading, mobility-device securement, timely pickups and drop-offs, customer service, vehicle inspections, paperwork, and use of electronic devices. Drivers must understand traffic signs, maps, schedules, and applicable transportation regulations while maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity to passenger needs.

Manages client complaints, incidents, and accidents by investigating issues, coordinating responses with transportation providers, ensuring service-level and compliance requirements, tracking resolutions, compiling reports, identifying trends, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The role also assists internal departments, communicates with clients and leadership, monitors non-compliance, and distributes quality and compliance guidance.

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume ADA Assessment Center, ensuring production, quality, contractual compliance, reporting accuracy, staffing, and customer satisfaction. Lead and coach staff, monitor metrics and workloads, manage budgets and data processes, implement operational improvements, support recruitment, and coordinate with internal and external partners. The role also provides administrative guidance, develops procedures, promotes accountability, and ensures adherence to organizational policies and contractual requirements.

Investigates and resolves member complaints and escalations across the assigned New Mexico region. Partners with advocacy groups, tribal organizations, providers, clients, and internal stakeholders; conducts outreach and advisory meetings; performs ride-alongs; documents issues and action plans; analyzes complaint data; recommends process improvements; educates members on their rights; and monitors access, safety, and service quality.

The Program Director manages transportation services, acts as a liaison with clients, ensures compliance with contracts, and oversees business outcomes and budget management.

Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, translate them into report specifications, coordinate with BI team to develop and validate reports, ensure data accuracy and compliance, provide stakeholder support and status updates, and identify process improvements for report creation and delivery.

Lead and manage a multimillion-dollar transportation program, supervising direct and indirect reports, meeting contract SLAs and budget goals, serving as primary client liaison, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality, driving performance management, stakeholder engagement, and staff development.

Lead regional safety program for the East Region, developing SOPs, training, audits, reporting, and investigations. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and drug/alcohol programs, provide leadership to regional safety staff, create dashboards and training materials, and collaborate with operations, HR, and marketing to drive safety culture and improvements.
