Supports independent driver providers throughout sourcing, onboarding, training, performance improvement, compliance audits, corrective action, and offboarding. Lead regional safety program for the East Region, developing SOPs, training, audits, reporting, and investigations. Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and drug/alcohol programs, provide leadership to regional safety staff, create dashboards and training materials, and collaborate with operations, HR, and marketing to drive safety culture and improvements.
