Provides HR compliance oversight, processes unemployment claims and appeals, audits HR documentation and handbook acknowledgments, tracks compliance courses and background checks, supports employee relations and leave-of-absence processes, and coaches leaders on compliant HR procedures. Maintains employee records, coordinates separations and reporting, and partners with HR business partners and leadership. This is a hybrid role requiring two onsite days weekly in Chesterfield, Missouri.

Gather reporting requirements from stakeholders, translate them into report specifications, coordinate with BI team to develop and validate reports, ensure data accuracy and compliance, provide stakeholder support and status updates, and identify process improvements for report creation and delivery.

Oversee contract analysis, profitability assessments, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, client reporting, invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable management. Develop financial analytics, investigate expense discrepancies, support cost-saving initiatives, and communicate financial drivers to business units and clients. The role also involves preparing recurring and RFP-specific reports, improving interdepartmental collaboration, and completing special projects.

The Program Director manages transportation services, acts as a liaison with clients, ensures compliance with contracts, and oversees business outcomes and budget management.

Lead and manage a multimillion-dollar transportation program, supervising direct and indirect reports, meeting contract SLAs and budget goals, serving as primary client liaison, ensuring regulatory compliance and service quality, driving performance management, stakeholder engagement, and staff development.
