By leveraging a comprehensive suite of services and solutions, the Strategy, Enablement and Transformation Team is one of the key foundational pillars that supports overall GBSC and enterprise stakeholders in optimizing their business to drive value and enhance performance.
As we head into our next phase in advancing our commitment to our stakeholders, the GBSC is seeking to hire a Senior Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis based in O'Fallon, MO. This individual will support the GBSC and individual business teams by delivering high-quality financial analysis, reporting, and planning support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to contribute in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Role• Lead key components of the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes in collaboration with GBSC leadership and functional teams• Collect data and analyze trends to support financial model operation and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.• Develop and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to track performance, identify trends, and provide decision support• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, monitor spending, and track progress against financial goals• Maintain financial oversight and reporting standards, enforce financial discipline, and support internal financial control activities across the GBSC• Support the preparation of executive-level financial packages, variance analyses, and risk/opportunity assessments• Help track third-party vendor spending and align costs to appropriate budgets and contracts• Identify process gaps and support efforts to enhance reporting, planning tools, and automation within the FP&A function
All About You • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration• Relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and experience with Microsoft Power Suite• Experience in financial systems such as Hyperion, Oracle, or similar tools is a plus, but not required• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams• Knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) and experience supporting business process improvements

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
Pay Ranges
O'Fallon, Missouri: $82,000 - $127,000 USD
