Job Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and experienced individual for the position of Sr. Analyst, FP&A. Position serves as a key business partner to the Commercial organization offering key financial insights related to revenue reporting and overall P&L management.

Job Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

• Serve as the financial support to areas of the Commercial Organization, as it relates to Net Sales and revenue reporting, under the direction of the Associate Director, FP&A
• Assist Finance leadership and Senior Management colleagues with understanding sales performance with all underlying components and metrics (net, gross, price, volume/demand, market share etc.)
• Understand and analyze actuals, perform revenue variance analysis to isolate and articulate performance drivers
• Complete and submit timely forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
• Support the build of Product P&L and management reporting dashboards and present commentary on key variances to various Stakeholders
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis
• Work closely with other members of the Finance organization to maintain a continuous improvement mindset and promote strong communication and efficient processes

• Experience in the life science or similar industry

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• FP&A and Financial Reporting experience 4+ years
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, able to establish strong rapport and partnerships at all levels of the organization
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Hyperion and/or other relational databases are a plus

The base salary range for this role is $88,300 to $110,348. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes unlimited paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation, including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
