The Senior Analyst, Finance Transformation, supports finance transformation initiatives across Ryan’s Europe and Asia Pacific businesses.
This role focuses on improving finance operations, supporting transformation projects, driving process improvement initiatives, and helping coordinate cross-functional efforts related to finance systems, reporting, automation, and operational change.
The Senior Analyst works closely with Finance leadership, Business Solutions, IT, and operational stakeholders to support scalable and efficient finance processes, improve user adoption, and contribute to transformation initiatives that enhance the overall Finance operating model.
This position combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and finance systems support, with less emphasis on technical system development and more focus on execution, organization, communication, and delivery support.

  • Contributes to a collaborative and solutions-oriented team environment.
  • Works closely with Finance stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Supports coordination across cross-functional teams involved in finance transformation initiatives.

  • Supports relationships with stakeholders within and outside the Finance function.
  • Assists with change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities related to new processes, systems, reporting tools, and transformation initiatives.
  • Helps ensure alignment between business needs and transformation objectives.

  • Assists with project coordination activities, including planning, tracking, documentation, testing, status reporting, and follow-up actions.

  • Supports issue tracking, prioritization, documentation, and communication of project progress to management.
  • Completes assignments efficiently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Education and Experience

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field is required.
  • Relevant experience in finance transformation, finance operations, project coordination, business process improvement, or related areas is required.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects, transformation initiatives, or operational change activities is preferred.
  • Understanding of core finance process flows such as Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay is preferred.
  • Exposure to ERP systems, finance applications, reporting tools, or workflow technologies is preferred.
  • Exposure to finance systems implementations, enhancements, testing, or integration-related activities is preferred.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate activities, and work independently is required.

Computer Skills

  • Experience working with ERP systems and finance applications is preferred.
  • Familiarity with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or similar platforms is preferred.
  • Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Workday, Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred.
  • A general understanding of automation, reporting, and process improvement technologies is preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project coordination skills are preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • This position works independently and may guide cross-functional teams as required.

Skills Required
