About the Role
The Senior Analyst primarily supports Accounts Payables & Taxation operations and Accounting & month-end close activitiesDuties/Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payables
- Prepare & execute payments for vendors & staff reimbursement claims
• Accounting & Monthly closing activities
- Prepares & post monthly journal entries
- Prepares monthly reconciliations & supporting schedules
• Taxation
- Prepares SST & WHT working files & supporting data
- Liaise with tax agents for tax payments review
- Execute tax payments & submissions to tax authorities
• Liaise with internal & external stakeholders – vendors, tax agents, tax authorities, bankers etc
• Other ad-hoc activities assigned
Key Measuring Parameters:
• Compliance with IFRS, Tax laws, Group policies & procedures
• Strong stakeholders’ management
• Sound communication skills with various internal & external parties
Job Requirements:
• Education
Finance/Accounting Bachelor’s degree with an accredited university and/or a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA)
• Relevant Experience
Minimum 3 years of working experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting (month-close)
• Professional Skills
- Strong accounting knowledge, practices, standards, law and regulations
- Good management and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office,
- Experience with SAP system & subsystems
- Must be able to multitask, willing to learn, possess positive attitude, detailed & well-organized

Skills Required

- Minimum 3 years' experience in Accounts Payable and month-end accounting
- Strong accounting knowledge of standards, practices, laws and regulations (e.g., IFRS, tax laws)
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office
- Experience with SAP system and subsystems
- Experience preparing monthly journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Experience preparing SST and WHT working files and executing tax payments/submissions
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, multitasking, detail-oriented and well-organized
