Job Overview

The Finance organization at LPL is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support the VP, Strategic Support, who directly supports LPL’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The Senior Analyst must be an analytical, highly-motivated problem-solver who is able to move fluidly between details while staying attuned to the macro vision of the CFO. The primary responsibility of this role will be overseeing day-to-day support and high-priority ad-hoc projects to support the AVP of Strategic Support and CFO.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as connection point across CFO’s leadership team and key external partnerships
  • Coordinate and drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Lead ad-hoc projects related to CFO priorities
  • Prepare and consult on executive-level reports and presentations for the CFO, Board of Directors, and Management Committee
  • Partner with Finance leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress against goals/OKRs
  • Drive employee interaction and engagement efforts, including employee communications and finance-wide talent management actions

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience as a chief of staff, project manager, or similar
  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Experience creating executive presentations and materials

Core Competencies:

  • Strong strategic and financial acumen
  • Expert user of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Detail oriented and able to see the bigger picture
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with upper-level executives
  • Proven ability to synthesize complex concepts into concise executive-level presentations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with minimal supervision

Preferences:

  • Experience in wealth management and/or broker-dealer space
  • Advanced degree

 

Pay Range:

$80,752.00 - $134,518.00
 
Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
