The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive  Senior Analyst – Enhanced Customer Due Diligence to join our Financial Crime team at Crown. Reporting to the Manager of Enhanced Customer Due Diligence & Escalations, you’ll play a critical role in executing Crown’s customer due diligence programs, ensuring compliance with AML/CTF legislation and regulatory requirements. 

As a senior member of the team, you will provide subject matter expertise, support junior analysts, and lead complex CDD/ECDD activities, including Source of Funds (SoF) and Source of Wealth (SoW) due diligence. You will also play a key role in enhancing reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement across Crown’s CDD and ECDD programs. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute CDD and ECDD workflows, ensuring timely completion and accuracy 

  • Conduct reviews and prepare reports on customer profiles, including Source of Funds and Source of Wealth 

  • Act as a key escalation point, providing subject matter expertise and guidance 

  • Collaborate across teams to ensure effective information sharing and escalation 

  • Support the development of metrics, reporting, and risk assessments 

  • Assist in preparing high-risk customer reports and updating policies and procedures 

  • Contribute to AML/CTF training and maintain audit documentation 

  • Stay up to date with regulatory changes and maintain specialist knowledge

  • Ability to obtain required casino employee licences.
