About The Role

This Senior Analyst role is responsible for validating monthly metrics performed by our 3rd party vendor partner, Accenture.  Works closely with the reporting teams from Accenture and provides signoff on key performance metrics each month.  This role is also tasked with tracking and approving Service Now requested items on behalf of key management members as a delegate.  Similar tracking and approvals on Sailpoint access validations are performed by the role.

Responsibilities

  • Run Excel and Power BI reports to validate Key Performance Indicators for management. 
  • Document, track and approve assigned catalog items in Service Now as a delegate. 
  • Perform monthly and quarterly access validations in Sailpoint after confirming and documenting requirements are still needed by employee 
  • Actively track the submission of Local Administrator Self-Service requests and document confirmation from end-users before approving. 
  • Display strong overall technical skills to perform other support activities needed to support our stakeholders or colleagues within your area.
     

Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in technical service delivery. with focus on business applications at a Fortune 500 firm. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and stakeholders. Ability to succinctly convey technical notions to leadership. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.  
  • Superior problem-solving approach. Leveraging technical expertise and creativity to develop innovative solutions and think beyond the current issue to prevent future occurrences. 
  • Minimum Education is High School graduate or higher; Trade School or higher; four-year degree related to technology.   

Technical 

  • Strong technical background with expertise in Excel and Power BI. 
  • Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop. 
  • Laptops, Desktops, & peripherals (headsets, monitors, audio devices). 
  • Mobile - Apple iPhone/iPad/IOS, BYOD.
  • Microsoft 365 Suite (One Drive, One Note, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Microsoft Teams (Apps, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Phones & Voice Service).

Compensation

The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
