Job Tasks / Responsibilities

 

  • Supplier Analysis: Analyze supplier proposals and terms of agreements to ensure the best value for the organization.

  • E-Sourcing Tools Management: Utilize electronic sourcing platforms to manage the procurement process, including RFPs, and e-auctions.

  • Supplier Training: Train suppliers on how to use the E-Sourcing tool effectively, ensuring they understand the platform’s functionalities and processes.

  • Data Analysis: Gather and interpret data related to purchasing and supply chain management to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing function.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with experience in e-sourcing platforms.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and electronic contract management systems.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
