Job Tasks / Responsibilities
Supplier Analysis: Analyze supplier proposals and terms of agreements to ensure the best value for the organization.
E-Sourcing Tools Management: Utilize electronic sourcing platforms to manage the procurement process, including RFPs, and e-auctions.
Supplier Training: Train suppliers on how to use the E-Sourcing tool effectively, ensuring they understand the platform’s functionalities and processes.
Data Analysis: Gather and interpret data related to purchasing and supply chain management to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Contract Management: Draft, review, and finalize contracts with suppliers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment with sourcing strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on supplier performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards and delivery timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sourcing function.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably with experience in e-sourcing platforms.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with e-sourcing tools and electronic contract management systems.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
