The Opportunity:

The Senior Analyst will provide end-to-end reporting and analytics support as part of the Digital Analytics team to drive growth and optimizations of site merchandising, promotions, functionality, and the overall website experience.

• The ideal candidate should have a strong data analytics background, with a focus on web analytics within ecommerce.

• This will be a hands-on role helping to develop measurement plans, build new/maintain existing dashboards, conduct strategic analyses, generate insights from website behavioral data and support the optimization of our overall digital presence.

• This role will work closely with the Measurement Ops team to continuously maintain and expand the data collected in our web analytics platform.

• This role will also work closely with our various business teams to understand their analytical needs and develop solutions to drive data driven decision making.

• The ideal candidate will have strong communication, relationship building and project management skills.

• The role will be hands on analyzing data to drive insights as well as compiling and presenting the findings to various levels of stakeholders from execution teams up to management.

Key Focus:

• The primary focus is proactively developing insights on website user behavior and performance to drive growth and efficiency.

• Develop and present regular reports on key metrics, performance trends and user engagement to stakeholders

• Develop measurement plans in support of promotional and merchandising activities as well as larger scale website enhancements

• Conduct strategic analyses to measure the ROI and impact of site enhancements, merchandising and promotions

• Support the standardization of KPIs and measures, ensuring consistency across the organization

• Develop and enhance all dashboards related to website user behavior and performance with a focus on enabling self-service analytics and driving data democratization.

• Proactively identify website optimization opportunities that can drive testing and site enhancement roadmaps

• Partner with Measurement Operations to enrich tracking capabilities and ensure integrity/accuracy of site analytics data.

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and benchmark website performance

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and provide insights to support their objectives.

• Train and support team members and cross-functional teams to support self-service analytics.

Preferred skills and experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field

• 3-5 years of experience in a web analytics role within in ecommerce environment

• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

• Strong expertise in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience using SQL to extract, join, and manipulate large datasets.

• Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.

• Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager) and analytics tagging process

• Knowledge of statistical methodologies and application of methods within a data analytics

• Experience in testing/experimental concepts

• Strong skills within Excel (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)

• Proficient in data storytelling and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex problems, make sound decisions, and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
