The Knowledge Services team at Marsh McLennan Global Services in Mumbai integrates design, analytics, and research centers of excellence to support key businesses within the MMC group. The Creative Services Center of Excellence (CoE) is an internal design team that provides comprehensive support to Marsh businesses globally. The Marsh Transformation Office is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst specializing in video production and graphic design.

We will count on you to:
- Collaborate closely with the Transformation Office team to develop collateral for key stakeholders, making informed design choices for effective communication.
- Leverage prior experience working with senior leaders to articulate key growth and strategy messaging, with a focus on video and PowerPoint presentation design.
- Utilize video design skills alongside proficiency in presentations and graphics to meet client requirements.
- Demonstrate agility and maturity in understanding dynamic video production needs, providing timely support for video, motion graphics, and client engagement presentations.
- Manage iterative workflows across time zones to ensure seamless delivery on fast-paced projects. Serve as a subject matter expert on design and branding, ensuring relevant brand recommendations are made to sales and client-facing colleagues.
- Maintain attention to detail and a results-oriented approach to understand client needs and conceptualize effective designs.
- Create functional and aesthetically pleasing design solutions, incorporating interactive and rich media elements to enhance traditional corporate documents.
- Exhibit a client-centric mindset with flexibility and a can-do attitude to manage concurrent projects effectively.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Transformation Office leaders as an excellent team player.
What you need to have:
- A graduate degree or certification in Fine Arts/Applied Arts.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a design team within a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Synthesia and Adobe Creative Suite applications such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in delivering video outputs such as explainer videos, product walkthroughs, testimonial videos, and motion graphics.
- MS Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint for visual storytelling in corporate presentations.
- Familiar with video production software such as Synthesia, Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
- Knowledge of industry-standard plug-ins, effects libraries, and best practices for video rendering and hosting.
- Basic sound editing skills using software like Adobe Audition or alternatives such as Audacity.
- Strong data visualization skills to convert business content into engaging infographics.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design choices and concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
