Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics Implementation and Tagging
Job Description: The Digital Analytics Implementation and Tagging Senior Analyst will play a crucial role in our organization by ensuring accurate data collection, tagging, and implementation of analytics solutions. This role demands a strong understanding of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch Tag Manager, SQL, ETL processes, and a deep commitment to data accuracy and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define tagging requirements for digital properties, such as websites, mobile apps, and other digital platforms.
- Utilize Adobe Launch Tag Manager to implement and manage tagging solutions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy.
- Configure Adobe Analytics / CJA to collect and report on relevant KPIs, events, and dimensions, customizing reports and dashboards as needed.
- Work with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Data Collection (Tags), Data Governance, and Schema Management for seamless analytics implementation.
- Develop customer journey insights and dashboards to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure proper data collection, consistency, and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve tagging issues, tracking discrepancies, and data anomalies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Adobe Analytics, AEP, and data visualization to continuously improve implementation strategies.
- Develop customer journey insights and dashboards to track key business metrics and performance indicators.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize user experiences and business outcomes.
- Work closely with other data analysts and stakeholders to ensure data-driven decisions and alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing, or Analytics).
- Proven experience in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch Tag Manager, including tagging implementations and configurations, with at least 2+ years in Adobe CJA.
- Good to have - Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Analytics, and related tools.
- Experience with Tag Management Systems (Adobe Tags/Launch, Tealium, or Google Tag Manager).
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, JSON, and API integrations for data ingestion and transformation.
- Ability to work with data layers, schemas, and event-based data models.
- Experience in building dashboards and reports using Adobe CJA or other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and implementation issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Analytics Launch is a plus.
